A BRADLEY pub will be the start and finish point for a fun charity event at the end of this month. (Oct)
Two-person teams will be challenged to see how far they can get away from the Slaters Arms and return within 24 hours.
They will have to adhere to the contest's rules, which include having to wear fancy dress and not being allowed to take phones or money with them.
This will raise cash for the Movember Foundation, a charity committed to helping men live happier, healthier and longer lives. It focuses on illnesses and issues such as prostate cancer and poor mental health.
The challenge takes place from 12.30pm on October 31. The entry charge is £50 per couple and entries need to be in before Saturday October 24.
