Amar Ullah and pro Ashen Silva took a couple of wickets each, but Tom Davidson (5-45) removed both openers and bagged his first five-fer since returning from injury.
In a weekend of mixed fortunes, there were runs galore for Settle 2nd and 3rd elevens, but the 1st team batsmen had a harder time of it.
