A PAEDOPHILE who raped and sexually abused a boy aged four and then boasted about it on the internet has been jailed for ten-and-a-half years.
Tyler Lyness photographed the child posing naked, dressed him in girls' clothing and gloated in filthy detail about his crimes with like-minded perverts on social networking sites.
Today, the little boy's mother fought back tears as she told Bradford Crown Court: "He doesn't understand that life's not normal any more."
The woman shook with emotion as she read out her victim personal statement at her own request.
She said it was impossible to know yet the impact Lyness's abuse had on her son.
Lyness, 30, of Williams Road in Steeton, pleaded guilty to orally raping the boy, sexually assaulting him, taking indecent photos of him and possession of indecent photos of other unknown children.
His barrister, Gerald Hendron, said Lyness had been "consumed" with viewing indecent images of children.
"He has experienced a great sense of shame and realises he needs help," Mr Hendron added.
