SMITH Currer Kendall On Sunday, September 21, 2014, aged 90 years, peacefully at home in Gargrave, formerly of Earby with his family at his side, after a long illness, courageously borne with great dignity. A perfect husband and dad to Betty and Christine and a dear soul mate to David, dearly loved grandad to Emma, David and Rebecca and great-grandad to Kaitlin, Olivia and Will. A service of Thanksgiving for Currer will take place at St. Andrew`s Church, Gargrave, on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at 2.00pm, followed by interment in the Churchyard.Family flowers only please, but if desired donations may be made in memory of Currer to Airedale General Hospital`s Emergency Department Appeal Fund. A plate will be available at the service, or can be forwarded to Howcroft`s Funeral Services, Duckett St, Skipton BD23 2EJ.
