THORPE Caroline Trevor and Mary would like to thank all who attended the funeral of their beloved daughter Caroline and sister of John who sadly died on the Greek Island of Rhodes on September 10 2014 doing the job she loved. We were overwhelmed with the numbers of cards and condolences received. A lovely service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving was organised and conducted by the Rev'd Stephen Normanton with organist Doctor John Lewis in support at St John's Methodist Church Settle. Greatly appreciated was the support received from her Company and work Colleagues at JET 2 Holidays who helped us through this most difficult time. A special thank you to Duncan Robinson Funeral Services whose thorough organisation alleviated the trauma and worries for us, and to Lucy Knowles and team for the refreshments following the service. Caroline's departure has left a void in our lives which will always remain and she will be forever in our thoughts. Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary - Caroline's Charity was overjoyed to receive the resulting generous Donations of Approximately £3000.
