The Conspirators
Indie rock band The Conspirators will perform at the Swan Inn, Addingham, on Saturday.
The North Yorkshire band will give an acoustic performance, including well-known songs from guitar bands such as The Kinks, Blondie, Kings of Leon and Jefferson Airplane. With a female lead singer, the Conspirators burst onto the music scene through a collaboration with the legendary Fairport Convention and vocalist Judy Dyble.
It was followed by a top ten UK indie chart position, another top 10 in the HMV charts and a number one in the US independent charts.
Since then, the band has played at festivals and gigs across the country, building up its fan base.
