FLAMENCO guitarists Juan Martin and Chaparro de Málaga will get the feet tapping at Settle's Victoria Hall next Thursday, May 14.
They will demonstrate the power of authentic flamenco improvisation, transporting the audience to the classic Spain of Málaga, Granada, Córdoba and Jerez and on a journey through the diverse cultures of Andalucia.
The concert will incorporate a myriad of influences, from the gypsy culture of Rajesthan in Northern India to the sounds of Argentina and Cuba evident in the rumba, guajiras and milonga.
The pair will perform the famous Malagueñas of Lecuona and a version of Rodrigo’s adagio from the Aranjuez concerto.
The concert starts at 8pm and tickets are available from 01729 825718.
