INGLETON Community Theatre Group will return to the stage next week with its 29th production, Sleeping Beauty.
It features chorus of 25 youngsters and 20 principals, backed up by scores of stage and technical crews, set designers and painters, costume makers, choreographers, props staff, musicians, hairdressers and makeup-up teams, as well as front of house staff.
Producer Carl Lis said: “This year’s panto promises to be another treat for all the family.”
Set in the medieval land of Ingletonia, the show features a bossy Queen, her tipple-loving, long-suffering King, a man-mad loveable dame, the fair Princess Aurora who has discovered women’s lib, a dashing prince and a wicked fairy.
Performances will take place at Ingleborough Community Centre from Wednesday to Saturday, with curtains rising at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from the centre during office hours.
