An iconic building in Skipton town centre is being offered for sale at an auction in London later this month.
Regal Buildings on Keighley Road, which currently provides a ground- floor retail unit and a nightclub, is let to a leisure operator until 2031, at a rent of £70,000 per year.
It presently operates as Strata Nightclub and has a guide price of £490,000.
The property is being offered at the inaugural Eddisons London property auction which will be held at Le Meridien, 21 Piccadilly, on Wednesday, November 21 at 2pm.
