Airedale Hospital wants people to take advantage of the support available to ensure they stay healthy this winter.
Its online patient information service has created new webpages for patients and carers.
The advice, which is particularly aimed at people with long-term health conditions, can be found at airedaletrust.nhs.uk/Your Health/selfcare
