Trustee sought: Long Preston charity, the Hartley Educational Foundation, is seeking a trustee. The charity’s objectives are the maintenance of Long Preston School and the provision of bursaries to former pupils. The trustees meet four to six times a year. Coffee morning: The over-70s group will hold a coffee morning at Long Preston Village Hall on Saturday. from 10am. There will be a cake stall and a raffle for a Christmas hamper. All proceeds will go to the group.
