An interim finance manager and deputy section 151 officer has been appointed by Craven District Council.
Nicola Chick, who has come from Selby District Council, is on a short term contract and will work three days a week. The post is in addition to the corporate head of financial management, Joanna Miller.
Mrs Chick told councillors last week that she had been working in local government for 28 years and that Selby Council shared some of the same issues as Craven.
