Property agent Jason Preston has returned to Dacre, Son & Hartley after an absence of six years to head the firm’s Settle office.
Jason, who has worked in residential and commercial property for Knight Frank, GVA Grimley and Eddisons, previously managed the Settle office for three years.
He said: “I started my property career at Dacres’ head office in Ilkley over 20 years ago and have extensive experience marketing everything from homes to hotels as well as residential lettings so I feel well-placed to drive the business forward in Settle.”
Two years ago Dacre Son & Hartley expanded its offering in Settle with the acquisition of Graveson Estate Agents and the business has gone from strength to strength.
Operating from the High Street, just off the Market Square, Dacres is responsible for half of all sales in the area and is currently marketing more than 90 homes ranging in price from £165,000 to £825,000.
