Police are appealing for information after a gang of youths attacked a young male at Skipton Railway Station.
The incident happened at about 10.10pm on Friday, August 9, and spilled into Black Walk.
The youth received minor injuries to his forearms in the unprovoked attack, which may be part of a harassment campaign by the group.
The group of males apparently held the automatic doors of the station foyer shut, forcing the victim to leave through the left hand-side exit.
Members of the group then surrounded and assaulted him.
There is a possibility that this group may have attacked another youth in an unrelated matter the same evening which has gone unreported to the police.
That victim, witnesses to either assault, or anyone with information, can contact PC1281 Tony Ingram at Skipton Police Station or CrimeStoppers 0800 555111 quoting incident 12130136897.
