A model railway group put on an exhibition in West Craven last week.
Pendle Forest Model Railway Society displayed a N-gauge scale model of a small train station, with surrounding houses at Earby Library .
“We’re doing this as part of Lancashire libraries’ Changing Tracks activities,” said David Carter, a society member. “We’re celebrating Lancashire railways since 1945.
“The exhibition is going down very well,” he added. “There’s been a lot of interest, especially among the younger lads.”
The Brierfield-based society, which has around a dozen members, also staged an exhibition at Barnoldswick Library a month ago and will put on a display at Brierfield Library on November 23.
