Licensees Ashely and Hayley Crampton are hoping they have found the recipe for fundraising success.
To tie in with National Sausage Week, they are holding a Generation Game style sausage making competition at their pub, the Clarendon Hotel, Hebden, on Saturday.
They are borrowing a sausage making machine from Stanforths Butchers of Skipton and, for £1, customers will be challenged to have a go at making their own creation.
And there will be a prize for the sausage of the night.
The competition – which starts at 9pm – is the culmination of National Sausage Week which has seen Stanforths create six new sausage flavours for their shop.
And all six flavours have been served up at the Clarendon, with £1 from each meal being donated to Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association, Hebden Institute and Kildwick and Farnhill Scout Group.
