SELRAP (Skipton-East Lancashire Rail Action Partnership) will hold an open members meeting in Earby next week.
The meeting will be held at 7pm on Monday in the New Road Community Centre. All members and prospective members are invited to hear about recent meetings attended by executive committee members and also the campaign group’s work with engineering firm ARUP, which is doing a feasibility study for SELRAP.
SELRAP’s policy has always been to take a neutral stance regarding a road bypass in Pendle, but it is encouraged that on a map of proposed routes the rail track bed continues to be protected.
