Women’s Institute: Long Preston WI will meet in the village hall on Wednesday at 7.30pm. Kathy Usher will give a talk and demonstration on Reiki healing. New members are welcome.
May Queen: The 44th May Queen will be chosen at a coffee morning next Saturday, February 15, in Long Preston Village Hall. Interviews start at 10am and application forms are available from Long Preston Post Office.
Coffee morning: The Methodist Church will hold a coffee morning on Saturday from 10am to noon in the village hall. There will be cake and books stalls and a raffle.
