Priory Church: The services on Sunday are 8am Communion (said), 10.30am Sung Eucharist and Evening Prayer at 4.30pm. As this is the first Sunday of the month, there will also be a liquid family service at 9.15am, aimed at youngsters. The BBC’s Songs of Praise will come from Bradford Cathedral on Sunday and members of the Priory Choir are taking part in this service. There will be two celebrations of the Eucharist on Ash Wednesday, March 5, a said celebration at 10am and a Sung Eucharist at 7pm. Imposition of Ashes will be offered at both services.
Wednesday Nighters: The Wednesday Nighters will meet at Bolton Abbey Village Hall on Wednesday at 7.30pm. Keith Larrad will give part two of his fascinating talk on Life in Canada’s Saskatchewan in the 1950s. Everyone is welcome and a raffle is held to cover the costs.
