LOCAL historian Sue Wrathmell will lead a full day’s walk for the Upper Wharfedale Heritage Group next Thursday, June 12. She will trace the history of a complex part of Carleton’s landscape, around the edge of the village’s open fields. The walk is open to everyone and the cost for non-members is £2 (£1 for members).
