POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist came off his bike near Wigglesworth.
The motorcyclist, a 39-year-old man from Lancashire, was uninjured in the accident which happened at around 4.40pm on Sunday.
The bike left the road and ended up in a ditch as it travelled out of Wigglesworth towards Bolton by Bowland.
Police are appealing for information from anyone who may have seen the bike before the accident. It is believed he had travelled along the A65 Settle bypass, through Rathmell and onto Wigglesworth.
In particular, police would like to hear from two pedestrians in Rathmell, seen by an officer on his way to the incident.
Anyone who can help should contact TC Paul Cockerill or Skipton Roads Policing Group on 101, quoting reference number 121 400 88 295.
