SKIPTON man Samuel John Harrison has been sent to crown court on charges of rape.

Harrison, 18, of Clifford Street, denies three charges of rape of a teenage girl in Skipton on dates between October 1, 2012 and February 20, last year.

He further denies the attempted rape of a girl in Skipton between June 3, 2010 and June 2, 2012 and the sexual assault of a woman between March 1 and April 30.

A second man, Thomas Hope Harrison, 18, of Back Bridge Street, Skipton, denies the rape of a teenage girl in Skipton between October 1, 2012 and February 20 last year.

The men appeared together at Skipton Magistrates' Court on Friday when they were sent to Bradford Crown Court for a preliminary hearing next Friday, June 20.
