Woodland Warriors learn about life outdoors

First published in by

THESE little Woodland Warriors have been learning about life outdoors.

They were among the three to eight-year-olds taking part in a holiday club based at Ings Lane, in Skipton.

Organiser Zoey Marshall said the children had enjoyed camp fires and outdoor arts and crafts activities - including buildings shelters using branches and tarpaulins.

"We've all had a lot of fun," she said.

She held similar Woodland Warriors clubs at Easter in 2013 and this year.

Zoey, who works at Wharfedale Montessori, near Barden, said the club had been running for the past week and a half and would continue for the next two and a half weeks.
