A 26-YEAR-OLD man charged with possessing a folding Stanley Knife in Skipton is to stand trial.
Mark Joseph Svajcsik denies possessing the knife without good reason or lawful authority in Bunkers Hill on September 26.
Svajcsik appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court on Friday when his case was adjourned for trial to December 22.
