SEVERAL homes in Malhamdale have been without phones or Broadband coverage since Wednesday last week.
Cllr Chris Wildman, chairman of Kirkby Malhamdale Parish Council, said residents, including some elderly people, and businesses had hit across the whole area. He added because mobile phone coverage was particularly poor, many had been left stranded from the outside world.
