ABOUT 30 people turned out for a fungus foray held in the grounds of Anley Hall Nursing Home, Settle, last Wednesday.
The event was organised by Craven Conservation Group and included an afternoon workshop in St John's Church Hall where the specimens were sorted.
Jane Rushworth, who led the foray, said: "It is very impressive to find a place with as many as 11 different species of waxcaps."
The group's next meeting is at Townhead Court, Settle, on Monday at 7.30pm when members will show a variety of slides. All are welcome.
