A CLAY pigeon shoot was on target for Manorlands.
The annual event, organised by Nobby Clarke, from Silsden, raised £1,100 for the Sue Ryder hospice.
Mr Clarke said the shoot - held at Upwood Hall, Riddlesden - was a success despite rain in the afternoon.
"It was a shame the weather spoiled the day but I'm delighted to be able to support this local worthy cause again – with a larger amount than last year," he said.
Andrew Wood, a fundraiser at the Oxenhope hospice, said: "The funds – like all donations made locally – will be used to care for patients at Manorlands or living at home in the district and being cared for by the Sue Ryder community team."
