GETTING help to start up a business is now as easy as popping out to the library.

Business Link York and North Yorkshire has teamed up with the county council to make its start up services available via the mobile super-library.

Geoff Letby, of Business Link, said: "The service is there to help people in rural locations access business advice without having to travel miles to do so.

"Starting up a business can be a stressful time without having the added pressure of travelling to the nearest city to access advice.

"This service aims to take the stress out of the process, saving young businesses time by deliv-ering Business Link services literally on people's doorsteps."

The new on-the-road Business Link service is available to anyone within reach of the touring library which visits Grassington and Cowling on a weekly basis.

The mobile library service complements the 30 Business Link ccess points across the county and will provide direct access to information on a range of subjects, from finance to recruitment.
