MORE volunteers are being sought to help run an historic South Craven building.
Glusburn Community and Arts Centre – in the institute – currently has a small voluntary team, plus a part-time development officer and caretaker.
A range of groups meets at the centre providing activities including theatre, dance, fitness and film, and there is a small community cafe.
And next month the fifth Glusburn Fall Fest will be held there.
"More volunteers are always welcome and we are sure that we can provide volunteering opportunities to match people's skills and interests," said Margaret Golightly, minute secretary to the trustees.
Anyone interested should e-mail ola@gicac.org.uk or call 01535 630223 for more details.
The centre is staging its annual general meeting in the institute meeting room at 7.15pm on September 2.
All Glusburn and Cross Hills residents are invited to attend the event, where they can vote and nominate directors.
Visit gicac.org.uk, or follow the centre on Facebook, for more details about the building and activities.
