A 32-YEAR-OLD man charged with burglary in Skipton and Hellifield will be dealt with at Bradford Crown Court.

Shaun Robert Hully is charged with entering Greggs Bakery in Skipton High Street on March 23 and stealing its safe and contents.

He is further charged with entering an outbuilding at the Old Schoolhouse in Hellifield and stealing a trailer, contents and tools on the same date, and of entering Majestic Wines in Skipton and stealing tools.

He is also accused of stealing a satellite navigation system and fuel card from a car in Skipton, and being in possession of cannabis – a class B drug – at his home address.

Hully, of Sandylands Promenade in Heysham, Lancashire, appeared at Skipton Magistrates' Court on Friday, when he entered not guilty pleas to all charges.

Magistrates agreed it was suitable only for crown court, and sent him to Bradford for a preliminary hearing on September 11. He was allowed conditional bail on the basis he does not enter North Yorkshire, except to attend court or for an appointment with his solicitor.
