Broken down freight train disrupts rail services between Skipton and Leeds
A BROKEN down freight train is causing disruption to services between Skipton and Leeds.
The train broke down at Thackley Tunnel, near Shipley, at 6.30am.
Northern Rail said some services cancelled or delayed as trains were temporarily diverted through Baildon.
The stricken train was cleared shortly before 9am and services are expected to be back to normal by 10am.
