ANIMAL and equine studies students at Craven College staged their 2016 show at Skipton's Auction Mart Campus arena.
Highlights of the event involved a dressage clinic, jumping warm up, drink and bake sale, dog classes, dog agility competition, best handler competition and a demonstration by dog grooming business owner and degree student Gavin Walker.
Students were able to bring their own dogs in for the day and show off their skills to their fellow classmates, tutors and members of the public.
The winners were: dogs: agility - 1 Lauren Smith, 2 Gavin Walker, 3 Gabby Smith; best handler - 1 Holly McFayden, 2 Beth Brown, 3 Melissa Spencer.
Horses: dressage - 1 Christina Jones, 2 Aleksandra Janek, 3 Lucy Thornton; jumping - 1 Beth Broadbent, 2 Joe Thompson, 3 Kelsey Royston.
