A MUSIC teacher, illustrator and solo artist from Barnoldswick is currently staging an exhibition of his work.
'Living is an Art' at Barnoldswick Library, on now and until the end of March, is the work of James Parkinson, who as a musician performs under the name One Cure for Man.
James, whose work also featured in the town's recent arts and crafts festival, has recently released his latest single, The Endless Song, on Youtube and Facebook.
He said: "The video (for the single) was shot in Barnoldswick Library and also features a children's book I wrote and illustrated called The Adventures Of Pirate Leo. My seven-year old son Leo, is also in the video as the pirate character."
"The Endless Song encapsulates everything that is important to me as an artist. It's about being inspired by great art, music, books, poetry and film. I love the sensation of when a passage from a book, a painting or a moment in a film grabs you so hard, you feel totally compelled to create."
