AN annual trail race and family fun day to raise funds for Grassington Primary School is due to take place on Sunday, May 19.
Anyone over ten years old can take part in the five mile route, which will start from the school, at 10.30am, taking in some of the area's spectacular scenery.
At the same time, the family fun day at the school will include a bouncy castle, games, stalls, children's races, cakes, bacon butties and other refreshments. There will also be a fire engine on show.
All funds raised by the event will go towards enhancing the early years provision at the school.
Entry in the race is £20 on the day, or £15 in advance for adults, £5 for 10 to 16 year olds.
