ADDISON Jack Sylvia and family would like to sincerely thank all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations made in memory of Jack at this sad time. Special thanks to the Rev. Jacky Hale for her kind words and prayers of comfort, to the district nurses and doctors at Silsden Health Centre, to Andrea at Thomas Clarkson Funeral Directors for the funeral arrangements and finally to all who attended the service.
