SKIPTON'S Holy Trinity Church has arranged a special service for families who have suffered bereavement.
It will provide time for personal reflection and comfort for those grieving and trying to come to terms with the loss of a loved partner, or close family member.
There is no universal cure, but in the past, many people have found this annual service helpful.
This year it will be held on Sunday at 3pm and will be preceded by tea and biscuits in the church from 2.30pm.
Everyone who feels they would like to attend the simple service, to be led by the rector, the Rev Veronica James, is warmly invited to come along - whether they are a regular churchgoer or not.
