PENDLE Leisure Trust is encouraging everyone to take to the water for fun, fitness or safety reasons.
With numerous activities, challenges and offers at West Craven Sports Centre in Barnoldswick, the trust is looking at ways to keep all ages entertained.
“Swimming is a great way to keep fit – and ideal during the cold, winter months, said Phil Storey, Pendle Leisure Trust’s chief executive. “We are also making it affordable for everyone with the introduction of some ridiculously low prices on certain days."
Under the heading of Take the Plunge, the trust is offering super swim savers, including swimming sessions for just £1 or £2 for four people.
The price of family swims has also been slashed by half on Saturday afternoons. And children can be entertained with Splashdown and Wet and Wild activities, which include pool inflatables, Water Walkerz and lifeguard challenges.
Exercising during a lunch break is even more accessible with Lunchtime Dips costing £1.50.
