Skipton LMS hit Wilsden Athletic for six to clinch their fourth-successive Premier Division title on Tuesday.

Goals by Ian Craven (2), Luke Howsen (2), Oliver Hunter and Chris Simpson ensured their latest championship triumph – just three days after they had secured their place in the Premer Division League Cup final with an extra-time win over Trawden Celtic.

Goals by Howsen and Simpson earned heir 2-1 triumph and now only Cross Hills, 4-0 winners at Cowling in the other semi-final, stand between LMS and a league and cup double.

Striker Liam Garbutt added two more goals to his tally as Rolls secured a 4-2 win at Cononley Sports. Chris Bell and James Cumpstey added further goals for the winners while Joel Birks was on target for Cononley.

There was no joy for bottom-team Embsay as they lost 3-2 to Wilsden. Fred Midgley scored both Embsay goals while Ryan Gill (2) and Tom Carberry netted for Wilsden.

Daniel Sieczkowski’s double helped Grind-leton ease to a 4-0 win over Cross Hills. James Rawlinson, and Kieran Robinson rounded off the scoring.

Holders Cowling moved into the semi-finals of the Northern Plant Hire Trophy with a hard-earned 2-1 win over Division One side Gargrave. Josh Wood and Ben Brown were their scorers.

Silsden White Star defeated Pendle Renegades 2-1 in Saturday’s only Division One game. Goals by Kris Hinks and James Whitehead secured the victory.

Skipton Town boosted their Division Two title hopes as they thumped third-placed Bingley Town 5-0 to pull level on points with leaders AFC Colne.

Goals by Jordan Slade (2), Liam Cartman (2) and Rob Spencer secured a win which leaves Town needing just a point from their final game against Skipton LMS Reserves on April 26 to be crowned champions.

Two goals from Craig Ebbrell and further strikes from Andrew Hudson and Mark Woodward helped Cononley Sports Reserves to a 4-0 win at Rolls Reserves.

A solitary goal from Bradley’s James Wilson was enough to sentence Cross Hills Reserves to their 15th defeat which leaves them bottom of the table without a single point.

Broomhill’s hopes of promotion from Division Three were killed off as Settle United Reserves beat them 3-2. Pedro Quintas (2) and Arron Johnson scored for Settle with Andrew Tanner and Jake Ward replying.

Sutton secured their fourth win of the season by defeating Salts 2-1 with Lee Rooke and Lukasz Sarosinski on target.

Barnoldswick Barons climbed out of Division Four’s bottom two with a 4-3 win at Carleton Reserves. Leon Wright (2), Jordan Driver and David Stubbs were their scorers.
