A BRADFORD Premier League club and one of the Craven League's premier sides, Bingley Congs, are on the move for 2023.

Rodley and Congs are now officially Aire-Wharfe teams, after being voted in at the League’s Council Meeting at Otley RUFC last night.

Rodley received 24 votes and Congs 22 votes, with both having their entries comfortably approved.

Topping the poll were Old Leodiensians - one of two clubs up for re-election - who received 32 votes.

The other, St Chad’s Broomfield, only received 12 votes, and were therefore voted out of the league.

Meanwhile, Leeds & Wetherby League club Leeds Caribbean received a mere five votes and did not get in.

The Aire-Wharfe League now need to decide which divisions Rodley and Bingley Congs’ first and second XIs will slot into in their six-division set up.
