ANDY Harrison has stepped down as Barnoldswick Town manager, this coming following the club’s 4-2 defeat at home to AFC Liverpool on Saturday.
Paul Bradley, Andy Hill, Paul Dugdale and Robin Chapman will take charge of the team when they face off with Irlam tomorrow.
The club went on to comment: “We would like to thank Andy for his hard work over the last year.”
Despite Harrison’s departure, things started well for the hosts when they went ahead through George Chmiel on minute six.
They were soon pegged back through a strike from Joseph Cunningham.
After the interval, Tom Douglas put the visitors in front, but Gareth Hill levelled the scores at 2-2 only a minute later.
Liam Paton then struck a brace for Liverpool on minute 86 and 90 (+3) to seal a dramatic 4-2 victory for the away side.
