Allen's brace helps holders Rimington shrug off the challenge of Ingleton
HOLDERS Rimington recovered from conceding as early goal at Ingleton to record a 3-1 Craven Cup win.
Ingleton were well worth their early lead, but once Rimington levelled before half-time they never looked back. Ben Allen (2) and John Paul Fagan were their scorers.
Skipton Town reserves overcame a Grassington United reserve team that included five 16 year olds 3-1 in the Norman Pratt Trophy.
Shane Dwyer (2) and Sam Headey were on target for Skipton while Freddie Binns netted a deserved goal for Grassington.
