BARNOLDSWICK Town came from two goals down to record their first Hallmark Security League Premier Division win in six matches on Saturday.

The Macron Cup finalists started poorly and conceded twice in the first 13 minutes.

Daniel Cope opened the scoring after six minutes with Theo Stair adding a second seven minutes later.

Barlick gradually recovered their composure and hit back after 38 minutes when Zack Dale netted.

The goal lifted Danny Craig's side and they went on to secure the three points with goals by striker Aaron Hollindrake after 57 minutes and Andrew Hill in the 73rd minute.

Town now face an exhausting final week of the season with four home matches in six days.

They face Runcorn Town tonight in a match which was postponed last Wednesday when a crash on the M6 prevented the visitors from reaching the Silentnight stadium.

Tomorrow they entertain Barnton, AFC Liverpool are the visitors on Thursday before the final game of the league season against Winsford United on Saturday.

The Macron Cup final against City of Liverpool is at Fleetwood Town on May 16.
