BEN Holderness sparked a dramatic Follifoot batting collapse as Skipton claimed their second win of the Bank Holiday weekend.

He took five for three as Skipton claimed the visitors' last five wickets for just six runs to dismiss them for 99 and record a 112-run Division Two triumph.

Holderness' victims included top scorer Cameron Martin (37) as he built on the good work of Pieter Coetzer (3-33) and Iqbal Khan (2-39) in taking out the top order.

Skipton were dismissed for 211 when they batted first with three of their batsmen scoring 46, opener Sam Moore, Coetzer and Gary Owens. Umer Yaqoob took 5-36.

Steeton lifted themselves out of the Division One relegation positions with a six-wicket win at Kirkstall Educational who replace them in the bottom two.

Opener John Akrigg made an unbeaten 102 as Steeton chased down Kirkstall's total of 250-9 with 14 balls to spare.

Akrigg hit three sixes and ten fours and was joined in a crucial third-wicket stand of 169 by Andrew Foulds (79) after Steeton had slipped to 16-2.

Skipper Stephen Pearson was the other key figure in Steeton's second triumph of the weekend. He took 5-50 to slow Kirkstall's progress after opener Callum Oliver hit 110 and Stephen Wilkinson (43)

Addingham claimed the first two Harden wickets without a run on the board to set the tone for a comfortable six-wicket Division Two win.

Henry Barrow (4-32) and Ted Haggas (3-15) kept up the pressure as only Harden skipper Paul Quinlan (44) looked comfortable as his side were dismissed for 105.

Addingham lost opener Will Atkins before they had opened their account but eased to their victory target with Barrow making an unbeaten 50 from 35 balls.

Upper Wharfedale were unable to follow up their win over second-placed Olicanian with victory over Division Three leaders Horsforth Hall Park.

Charlie Slater (65) helped them post a respectable 165 in the face of some good bowling from James Carlill (5-43).

Joe Daggett reduced Hall Park to 21-3 but Mark McEneaney took charge of the situation with an unbeaten 97 which contained two sixes and 17 fours as they secured a five-wicket win. Joe Daggett took 3-36 and Matt Daggett (2-45).

Upper Wharfedale dropped to the bottom of the table because Alwoodley defeated Silsden by eight wickets to record their first win of the campaign. Silsden were bundled out for 70 as Adam Slater took 5-9.
